Andrija is a Partner of the advisory department in Mazars Croatia, with the majority of clients in the private/owner-manager and small/mid-cap sphere. Andrija also serves as Mazars FAS lead for the Adria region (Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, BIH, Montenegro). He has more than ten years of industry experience and practice in Croatia. He has been involved in a broad range of due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory projects across a wide range of sectors. He also has an Economics degree from the University of Zagreb, UK ACCA qualification, and is a Croatian Certified Appraiser and Court expert for finance and taxes.
Andrija has over 10 years of sector experience and a large number of due diligence projects in various sectors. He has a broad scope of company valuations performed for sellers and buyers, a large number of advisory support in court process – squeeze out, takeover, multiple sell-side advisor to management, transfer pricing.

Adam is actively engaged in local and cross-border Financial Advisory projects in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on Transaction Services and Corporate Finance/M&A (sell-side and buy-side). He advises clients on deals including company disposals, acquisitions, MBOs and finance raising. He has applied his knowledge in many diverse industries. Apart from that, he is also in charge of the operational coordination of the Financial Advisory Services practice for the whole Central & Eastern European region directly covered by our firm, which includes the following countries: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia (acting as a hub for the Adria region), Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine. He has experience working in France, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Cote d’Ivoire and Qatar, notably in investment banking (Société Générale CIB, Concordia Capital), advisory (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and European institutions (European Central Bank, European Commission). He graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and Warsaw School of Economics. He is also the president of the Sciences-Po Alumni Association in Poland. He speaks fluently French, Polish and English.

She is also the President of the Croatian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (CVCA). She has 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and EU issues with prior London-based positions at Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, and Credit Agricole, as well as Assistant Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & EU Integration and Lecturer in Finance in Croatia.
