Ante Kristo is a Financial Advisory Associate at VX Associates. where he is providing consultancy in due diligence for M&A, company valuation, business plan, financial restructuring and PE & Venture Advisory.
Ante graduated at Faculty of Economics and Business in Finance with suma cum laude. He’s a co-author of the scientific paper “Monetary and absorption to explain the Croatian current account” published in “Proceedings of Rijeka Faculty of Economics: Journal of Economics and Business”.
Ante worked on a range of leading companies during his placement at Deloitte Croatia. During his placement at Deloitte, he was performing testing and analytical procedures of various accounts and generating a variety of financial reports. Ante is strongly interested in the field of corporate finance especially investment and project valuation and M&As.
With his background in finance and audit, he has strong quantitative abilities, keen social acumen and excellent communication skills. He speaks English (fluent), Italian (basic) and Croatian (mother tongue). Ante is currently enrolling in the CFA program and financial modelling & valuation analyst certification (FMVA).
